   Worst Chinese food I've ever eaten rude staff straight up disgusting food I had the runs the next day. If you want to be disappointed come here you’ll love it. I even called to tell them how bad it was since I didn’t want to tarnish reputation and leave a bad review but the staff member told us most of the reviews where good which I can definitely see here overall terrible experience 1/5

   The beef with black bean sauce ho fun was pretty good. The same goes for the lotus leaf wrapped rice. Rice crackers were a nice touch. The roast duck wasn't as good and the rice was too hard.

   Food was okay. Not great. The front of house wasn't clean or presentable, so who knows how hygienic the kitchen really is. Guy taking orders isn't friendly or polite. I'd feel better about coming back if the staff didn't act so dismissively if customers and look at them with utter disdain. Thoroughly unimpressive.

   Dreadful. Simply the worst Chinese I've ever had. I ordered from this take away tonight using Just Eat as the restaurant claimed to be under new management which often means you can expect good things. However this was not the case. We waited over 2 hours for delivery! And was compensated £1.70 from our bill because of this. Great. I should say that JE gave us a voucher too, but that too have proven to be to little compensation as once the food arrived our dining experience worsened. I've ordered crispy chili beef, a meal that I felt was safe to order from a new place. It arrived with no sauce, no chili, and no garlic, to be honest I'm surprised they remembered the carrots. The soup was more like a thick gravy, like slurping snot. The rice was bland and had a texture of rubber, the kicker being that my partner found a hair in it seconds after I'd thrown in the towel. Of course we then complained. We were told that as we had eaten some of the meal they wouldn't give a refund, I explained the situation and was told to "just eat the food init." After which I told the CA to pass the phone to the manager. A shrill lady who basically shouted at me for 10 minutes before hanging up. I now feel sick from being hungry and the stress of this whole thing, I'm still trying to deal with JE and not getting anywhere with their customer service. So yeah... Bit of a rant but in my opinion it's totally justified. NEVER EAT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
