Staff are kind, friendly and very welcoming. Food is really good and ul find authentic dishes on the menu. We had king prawns friend rice, prawn sesame toast, and fried beef with peppers & asparagus...very delicious. I could have ordered a whole lot more from the menu, but wife didn't cooperate :) P.S - they have a nappy changing table upstairs which was helpful with our baby.

The food in this restaurant is really delicious. My family and I came here together and everyone had a great time. The staff are very patient and polite. I recommend that everyone who comes to Chinatown should definitely try this restaurant.

Every Chinese traveler expects to visit Chinatowns in the countries they explore. In London, it’s fascinating to observe how the Chinese community thrives. Chinese restaurants and other Asian eateries are everywhere. I happened upon New China London, which advertised a Happy Hour with a 20% discount. We ordered the Yang Chow fried rice and wonton noodle soup. Unfortunately, the food was bland and far from authentic Chinese cuisine, making it not worth the price. To make matters worse, they attempted to cheat us on the bill by failing to apply the 20% discount and adding a 3% service charge on top of that. When I confronted the staff about the incorrect bill, they eventually fixed it. If I hadn't scrutinized the bill, I would have overpaid by £8.00. Tourists flock to this place, and if they don't carefully check their bills, they'll likely be overcharged by this restaurant. The food isn’t worth it, so be cautious of their pricing tactics.

Wow. Special friend rice “Yong Chow” was delicious and perfect balance of flavours. Vasta our waiter was great and quick to serve us with drinks. He recommended a dish called braised pork with soy sauce. This dish was my favourite. They have almost 200 dishes on the menu, would love to try them all. We will be back

Do not go here for dim sum. Dim sum was absolutely rubbish...I can't describe it any more than that. Also had Singapore noodles which were all OK. I won't go here again and can't recommend it for anyone else. Felt sorry for the French visitors too who had to experience it.

As a Chinese, this restaurant is an insult & serves a nightmare. EVERY dim sum was microwaved and not handmade, even the xiaolongbao, in which anyone can purchase them from their nearest supermarket and heat it up for a quarter of the price. Simply refer to the photos and you'll see how pale and lifeless the dim sum are. The duck meat was DRY and tasteless (top right of the image), eating it was a workout for the jaws. If you're a tourist and is keen on some proper Chinese food, please do not set this restaurant as the standard. The restaurant also have a large poster providing 88% off for students. Do note that it is only 12% off and you've to pay the remaining 88%, in which the staffs will NOT clarify to you properly when asked. Read the reviews and you'll realise mostly are about their shady way of doing business. Definitely will not patronize again due to taste and pricing.

Average hot pot experience. £25.80 is good value compared to some in the area charging £50. Large portions but a lot of the stuff is frozen. Restaurant has lift. Note when you get here you must go the basement for hot pot and normal restaurant is on the main level. Drinks reasonably priced. Would consider going again. 2 hour limit on hot pot weekdays and 1 hour 45 minutes weekends. Does accept card payments as majority cash only around here.
