The staff here were super helpful and the lay out is easy to navigate. We will definitely be using this store again as the service we received here was amazing.
Extremely disappointed with the behavior of an older woman with short blonde hair who was incredibly disrespectful to us today. It’s shocking that someone with such a poor attitude is still employed in a customer-facing role. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable. We had every intention of making a purchase but ended up walking out without spending a penny due to her attitude. I truly feel sorry for the rest of the staff who have to work with someone like her. She should not be in a role that involves dealing with the public.
I walked in to this empty store with my daughter who's 20! I'm a 50 year-old who had his hood up for personal reasons. Immediately I was confronted by a young lady demanding me to take my hood down Which made me do a 360 and leave the store. There was no " no hoods" signs anywhere in the shop windows. I'm wondering if you would ask a Muslim to remove their head wear? Or tell an Indian to remove his turban? Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers, I walked round almost every store in Barnsley on a spending spree and flannels is the only place that made me feel completely discriminated.
Good to see an high end store in the town centre. Very good selection of clothing footwear and accessories. Even with designer clothing prices are reasonable.
Partner bought me a pair of shorts for Christmas, size was wrong. Tried to return she told my partner couldn’t return even though tags on and have never left bag since bought. Disgusting behaviour when you can only get credit note anyways just to buy something else which I was at three times the price. Was the older lady not sure name but terrible service.
I went in store looking to buy some Mallet trainers as I’d seen them discounted online, the discount wasn’t the same in store but after speaking to staff members and the manager (who were very helpful and kind) they price matched. Extremely satisfied with the service I received today and will definitely be shopping in this store again in the future.
The assistant store manager Adam restored my faith in Flannels customer service. The whole store is run perfectly. The customer service is second to none. He tried everything to accommodate what i needed. Can’t thank him more, or speak more highly.
Amazing customer service, Came in to buy a pair of off-white trainers a couple weeks ago, customer assistant helped out greatly finding the correct size for me. Was checked thoroughly at the till and i left the store satisfied
