   This is probably the best customer service i have ever received. I was met by a lady named Joy, she was incredible from the moment we walked in despite having her hands full gave us her full attention. I am a new customer to Sketchers and have had a nightmare using other brands but never managing to find the right shoe. She was right to the point and found me several pairs of shoes to try, laying all of them out for me to try. She left me, wasn't too pushy and I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes when I only popped in to look. Joy thank you for the service, incredibly refreshing to meet such a positive and helpful person. 10/10 would recommend visiting this store.

   I was coming on to write a review of how helpful Andy was in helping my Mum to find some comfy shoes only to find it's a regular comment that's made by grateful customers. Well here's another one, Andy gave us excellent customer service. He's knowledgable and patient. Thank you Andy, it rare that staff leave such a positive impression, but I'm confident that she'll be recommending Sketchers at White Rose to everyone at her bowling club.
