Appaulling customer service in store from supposed manager. Tried swap defective coat where seam had come undone after little use. Manager accused me more than once of potentially being a shop lifter and refused to swap item becuase I didnt have original receipt. Woyldnt accept proof of purchase. I didnt want ra efund just a coat my child could actually wear! (Same coat same price so nothing to gain!) ! When asked to make complaint was rudely told we had nothing to complain about!!! Most unsatisfactory and such a shame as we have purchased trespass coats for many years without a problem and without such rude service. Wont be using the store again that's for sure!
Non existent customer service this morning. Walked in with my wife to look for clothing. No other customers in shop. Two female assistants chatting at desk and couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge my hello. Left to our own devices upstairs and left to walk out without even any approach, communication or query by the assistants as to what we were looking for or if they cud help.
