   While shopping in the Meadowhall store today, I was with my girlfriend who is Thai. While stood apart from her as she shopped I was stood near the cashier desk. I clearly heard a male staff member say “me love you long time” This is a quote from a Vietnam war film called Full Metal Jacket and is reference to a scene with a Vietnamese prostitute, who says that line. It’s fairly well known and when spoken in that way as he did it is unmistakably a direct quotation. I was angry and stood and observed as he was looking in the direction of my partner. While I cannot be 100% certain this was happening as I saw it. The racial reference was inappropriate at best given its source, it was most definitely inappropriate given he was in the presence of someone who was of South East Asian origin. Please educate and do better, you are representing your brand and this country. People do not want to hear those remarks.

   Levis are not what they use to be. Went there just to have a good nosey, maybe buy an item of clothing but couldn't help notice the look, smell and materials used. Everything just seemed like an over priced Jumble Sale.

   Such a nice store and the staff are really friendly (I can't remember his name but particularly the young guy with glasses). Happy to let you try things on in, visibly cleaning the changing rooms before you use them, and politely checking (without being pushy) if you need another size after a few mins which I found really helpful. My favourite store in Meadowhall ☺️

   just to say i suggest you send a mystery shopper in this store you have i have to say very rude and aggressive staff quite appalling my wife and sister were treated appalling by your staff and would never return.regardless of the substanial amount of money they spent which should not be a reason for staff to be polite these cutomer manners were a disgrace l suggest you address this situation forthwith

   Bought some jean's, so I obviously like the store. The staff were helpful and friendly and offered good advice to fitting. A little more than I usually pay for jeans but the fit and comfort made it worthwhile, and we used my wife's student discount card to make the price more reasonable.
