Tom at MAC in Meadowhall was amazing and really understood the issues I was having with my skin. The products he suggested feel really good and are sitting well hours later. He also showed me some new styles and products I would never have tried independently but love the look of so excited to have some more fun with them in future! Loved it.
Recently bought a waist coat from here and it popped a seam underneath the armpit so as expected took it back, to inquire for the return/swap like for like alternative. Then was told at the till by a senior female attendant that I wouldn’t be able to swap it and would have to pay for the repair. So I asked for my money back on the item she said no and slid it back towards me with a discussed look and said you can take it or leave it. Then accused me of becoming aggressive and said I was shouting and raising my voice which was a blatant lie. Be careful shopping here as they don’t seem to care about customers once you’ve paid. Tempted to not shop there again due to that one attendants attitude

Was served today by Jess Knowles. She was so lovely and attentive to my make up needs, and also my younger cousin who I bought along shopping with me. I was very indecisive with some lipstick shades but she was patient, not pushy, and helped me find a couple of nice shades for myself. She even gave me a couple tester pots of the other shades that I liked but didn't buy! Buzzing! Thanks a lot Jess! You're a star :)
Can't comment on the make up didn't get as far as to try/purchase anything I was pounced upon by 3 different assistants who I had to say I just wanted to look to, I felt uncomfortable and left probably ok if you know what you want
