They gave me the wrong food. I call theny to let them know about my order. The manager refused to come back and change it. He was fine with me not buying any food there again.
Absolute scammers. Ordered food from here via just eat and they marked it as delivered without delivering. Didn’t answer the phone either. Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Just Eat refunded me and I hope it was taken from the restaurant and not their own pockets. Appalling
They do takeaway Pizza. Result was fine (not actually what I ordered, but hey hey), but horribly slow service even on an absolutely empty midweek (40min wait). Probably don't bother.
Didn't get what I ordered. Lemon chicken more like rat tail. Honey rib more eye ball. And burn meat.
Absolutely shambolic. They cancelled our order after an HOUR long wait. No explanation. Just cancelled. This is not a food service. It should be illegal. The worst Chinese Takeaway in London. Disgraceful! I have reported them.
The food came quickly which I initially thought was really good, we are less than 5 mins away by car. However, it was the most disappointing Chinese and Thai food I've ever had. Flavourless and barely cooked. The pad Thai I was really looking forward resembled nothing like a pad Thai, no lime, no nuts, no egg, no pad Thai flavour etc according to the chef all that pad Thai was required is to be made of rice noodles. Poor quality food and poor customer service. The food is not a cheap price either. I am so disappointed to say that I would not recommend this place.
Do not buy any food from this place. They need to be reported to food hygiene. Ordered pad Thai, shrimp fried rice, king prawn balls and chow mein. Only decent dish was the prawn balls, even then the sauce looked fake, a pink colour. Pad Thai was made with clumped vecimeli pasta, no taste that it was pad Thai or any nuts. Chow mien didn't taste that good. Didn't have any veg. Same as the shrimp friend rice. Called to complain two days in row and no call back. Told twice manager not in.
