   Food is average, overpriced, they keep downsizing the take away containers, staff are rude, specially the main lady, definitely not going back

   The takeout place was clean, hygienic, tidy, enough space in the store, bright classic, sleek and elegant. The staff are friendly, respectful, polite, well mannered, professional, supportive, sociable, knowledgeable, intelligent, wise and welcoming with a smile that they always serve with everyday. The food was tasty, delicious, meaty, good, great, flavourful, juicy and amazing overall. The price is little bit expensive but can be cheaper for half duck. I ordered it on Uber Eats and it arrived fast and cooked to perfection they did it so well overall from the time I ordered and delivered.

   The prawn toast was a little oily. Prawn balls a little too crispy. BBQ duck and rice flavoursome. Chicken with pepper and black bean saucea little to runny on the crazy. Egg fried rice, special fried rice flavoursome.

   We other from Oriental chef regularly. Quality of the food varies massively. Perhaps there are several chefs working? Today was not a good day. Satay that was super sugary and watery and barely any peanut. Curry that tasted like the chop chop curry mix. Even Singapore noodles were tasteless and had no spice. Shame

   Jus literally got this ordered and what a disappointment, special fried rice was like special boiled rice , chicken balls was fried in dirty oil and nearly burnt looking , curry sauce no flavour and salt and pepper prawns was an onion overkill . Not good today Oriental chef - if i could i would ask for a part refund

   I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Chicken dangerously undercooked, not edible (pink on inside). Slimy tasting beef. Fried rice was not fried (white and boiled). Truly awful, even the prawn crackers were stale. Worst chinese I've ever had, AVOID!!!

   Worst Chinese I've ever ordered! Deserves 0 stars! Waited 2 hours for it to arrive, obviously it was cold so I called the restaurant and customer service non existent. The food is bland and all the same colour, the fried rice is a soggy wet boiled lump. Chicken ball batter not cooked properly and the worst 'crispy' shredded beef ever! it had no flavour and was soggy and bright orange. A total waste of money as no one wanted to eat it. No apology or gesture to make things right. I certainly will never order from this place again.

   First of all the food is great. But was told my food was 33 pound on the phone, when at the door 36 pound I was charged. Got offered a drink that was nice, was asked what I would like said Fanta I receive coke. Plus I asked for chips with my order they did not come. I phoned shop to tell them all this they bought me my chips at cost very quickly I was happy. I just feel communication was was poor and I didn't in joy my dinner as well as I could of with out these complications
