   A Disgrace to Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had the absolute misfortune of visiting this Chinese takeaway on the Barking Road, Upton Park and I can confidently say it was one of the worse customer service I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional staff who clearly have no regard for basic customer service or human decency. The staff at the counter was nothing short of hostile, treating paying customers as if they were an inconvenience rather than the very reason the business exists. No greeting, no courtesy, just a bad attitude and sheer arrogance. Any attempt to ask a simple question was met with eye-rolls, sighs, and blatant rudeness—as if expecting decent service was too much to ask. To make matters worse, the kitchen was an absolute disgrace. Filthy, disorganised, and borderline unhygienic—a clear health hazard waiting to happen. The sight alone including the chef made me question whether I should risk eating anything prepared there. Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the health authorities shut this place down. This establishment is a textbook example of how NOT to run a restaurant. Terrible service, disrespectful staff, and a lack of cleanliness that should concern any potential customer. Do yourself a favour—spend your money elsewhere on a place that actually values its customers and maintains the most basic standards of hygiene. ⭐ 0/10 – A complete disgrace.

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, I GOT FOOD POISONING. I DIDNT CHECK THE HYGIENE RATING UNTIL AFTER! THEY ARE A BIT FAT ZERO RATING. When I called the restaurant on the 3rd day of being sick the guy who answers the calls and serves told me I should have come back the same day to report it and that I should bring medical evidence, no apology, no sympathy only defensiveness!

   I've been visiting this place for quite some time one of the best Chinese in the area. This dish is special fried rice with sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and chopped up spare ribs dry. I recommend this dish in any Chinese shop but there is 2 difference sauce with the Hong Kong style red and orange both good but I prefer in red sauce.
