Took my mum for shoes today and was very pleased by the service given. They really knew their stuff and offered great advice about which brands and styles would be the most suitable and comfortable. Mum was tea happy to have a pair of well fitting, comfortable shoes.
Took mum, service was good, lady most helpful with various options. Mum not easiest of customers.
Went in for some shoes for my elderly mother who can't get out, the lady let me take mum 2 pairs on approval at home to try, couldn't wish for better service. Been back for slippers and the same excellent service.

Awful customer service! Today my dad visited the store for my nephews first shoes, he was approached by “sit down.” The lady was extremely rude and showed no interest in helping! We came all the way from Huddersfield as an exciting trip for his first ever pair of shoes, instead we left disappointed and upset. We then went to Clark’s and got the experience we wanted!
