   Stars: ⭐ ​Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. My daughter was gifted a pair of boots this Christmas and wore them for exactly one hour inside Meadowhall shopping centre. The material has already started peeling and ripping. ​These were taken to the York Outlet today for an exchange, but they refused to help, claiming a care kit should have been applied first. It is ridiculous to suggest that a premium brand like Dr. Martens requires a treatment kit to survive 60 minutes of walking on an indoor floor. ​The soles are still pristine and chunky—proving these haven't been "scuffed" or misused—yet the leather finish is failing. Clearly a manufacturing defect, yet the store refused to stand by the product. I expected much better durability and accountability for the price. My daughter (who is only 10 years old) is so upset that she is now left with a pair of boots that she is unable to wear after being over the moon to receive some for christmas

   We went to this store for their black Friday sale and although the sale was amazing, Madz' service was even better! She helped me with shoes for myself, and then gave advice and helped my partner too! We both left with new shoes and smiles. Thank you!

   Could not rate them any more highly... Well kept store (staff tidying up constantly!) and everything is displayed well. Staff are super helpful and the discounts are brilliant. There is a bit of everything from protective sprays and laces to bags and boots. As mentioned, all staff were super helpful, but I want to give a special shout out to Tom. He helped me from beginning to end, didn't make me feel rushed, and gave A1 service the whole time. He helped with understanding sizing, choose on boots that would go with my style, and even ran it through the till in such a way it got the best savings. It was a 2 hour drive for us, but we'll definitely be back!

   Love this place! I don't go to many other shops for my Docs when I replace what I have and always come back for official items like laces. There's often rotating stock, which makes it into a bit of a fun gamble which I can eek out over multiple visits if I want to explore what's available.

   Great experience in this store on Thursday. With it being school holidays the outlet was quite busy but the stock was still good and the staff were very nice. I was welcomed and served by a lovely girl with a fringe… think her name was Holly. She wasn’t pushy at all and went out of her way to help find me the right shoes. I even bought the same style she was wearing. Great asset to your store
