   I went in today found some of the clothes are over priced, and they are very limited on the petite section. One plus a very helpful young female member of staff today who was also petite herself tried to assist me with the denim leggings I wanted, she said try on- line. Would be better if they were in the shop though I think. Not everyone does on-line shopping and not everyone is capable

   This is a great store, better still when there are sales on. Has a good selection of quality clothes. Particularly I love the suits from here and have bought I think my last 5 in this store, also has a good range of suit shoes and belts although the belts can be a bit pricy the quality is fair mostly but not in line with other products in store and does not have the same feel of quality. It can be very busy on weekends and is a very popular store for men, women and children. I like the convenience of shopping here in this retail park, it has a lot to offer so you can always find what you need. Hate the busy car park as the design / layout is pretty insane, other than that a great store.

   Shops are pretty rubbish now - all of mike Ashley’s tat and the access from the main route in is appalling - I would hate to think what could happen if there was ever an emergency .

   The staff is not good. No matter how long the queue is in the store, they continue to ignore the customers and wander around. This has happened to me 2–3 times, and I’ve decided to stop shopping at Next going forward.

   Overall staff are very poor quality, disorganized, rude and don't put the customer first or attempt to help much. Specifically a middle aged lady with shoulder length blonde hair you are very rude.

   Visited yesterday to purchase a wedding suit for partner. Kieran, who assisted was brilliant. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient . He ran around collecting things to try on and made our purchase really easy. I was however, disappointed that upon paying, we were charged more than the 'full suit' price. When I enquired, I was Informed that the prices had all increased but they had not got round to altering the tags . Bad error Next. You will have lots of complaints. It is misleading & unprofessional. Kindly I was awarded a refund of difference but if you don't notice and you buy lots of items, it's easy to miss . Keep up Next !!!

   Better than most of the shops in Teesside park in that staff are expected to wear face coverings. It is correct that Next pay their customers at least this much respect. Unfortunately the same could not be said for other customers and nothing was being done to encourage social distancing or mask wearing in what is a very cramped shop. Overall I would not recommend this next since people who go there don't seem to understand Covid.

   I ordered a top during lockdown and went to collect it on Sunday morning before store was allowed to reopen. I queued for over 20mins before giving my parcel number. I didn't hear my name called so after half a dozen people behind me in the queue were given their parcels I went to check on mine. I was advised my parcel had already been collected so must have been given to someone else. I asked had they not checked the postcode as they normally did when handing out parcels they said they hadn't that morning. The store assistant was helpful and said she would get another top sent out to my address which would be here in next two days. It is now a week later and no top has arrived. I have rang customer service to check about order and the lady who I thought was helpful had done nothing at all to rectify my problem. Had I not called customer service I would have paid for a top that I had not received. Why promise to sort something out then do nothing about it very bad customer service.

1. Driver Extraordinaire ★☆☆☆☆

   Ordered a coat for the little one , got a text message saying it arrived ready in store so I went to pick it up only to be told it actually hasn’t arrived and it’s “delayed” i decided to re order it again , 3 days later I get another text message saying it’s delayed and they’ll let me know when it arrives. Waste of time and money, would not recommend. I understand it’s not this particular store that’s at fault but it’s my nearest one and they never seem to have anything I need in stock.
