Awful experience… I thought I would give this place a try after my original last tech cancelled on me last minute. After reading the reviews I thought (something I always do) the place had 4.6 ⭐️. I paid £70 for Hybrid lash extensions. After being lay on the bed for nearly 2hrs I was mortified when I seen the mess the lady made with my eyelashes. After explaining that she’s had done them VERY poorly & they wasn’t worth £70 I was told that’s all she can do. I emailed them for a full refund to which I was told I can get a percentage not full. I had to pay to have them taken off the next day by someone else & re-done. A week later I still don’t have a percentage of this refund back in my account. I’ve tried emailing them on multiple occasions but get no response. Poorly ran business with no experience in eyelash extensions
The person that performed the massage was not a massage professional, that is for sure. He's a nice enough man but he was nervous which in turn made me nervous. I've been for countless professional massages before and this was not a good one. He didn't know what he was doing and I think he was just making it up as he was going along. He was supposed to be helping me with shoulder tension and lower back pain but all he really did was rub an obscene amount of oil into my back. The head massage was also poor. When I arrived he had his headphones in as he was attending an online Web development course. The room where the massage took place was janky. I got this massage from Groupon and it said the full price is £80, what a joke. He offered me the heavily discounted price for future appointments and I declined. This was a really bad massage and I do not recommend it to anyone.
I sought help from Sunny due to chronic back pain and found him through a review online. It took a few visits for him to get the knots in my back to dissipate because there were so many, but he persisted and I am now visiting him regularly, but less frequently to maintain his excellent work. Great guy. We often finish the session with a chat once the treatment is completed. And best of all the massage couch and oil are heated: extra little touches that make all the difference. I love this place so much. All the treatments I have have had (e.g. deep tissue body massage, head massage, facial, pedicure, reflexology etc) have all been amazing. I’ve come here 6 times now with someone new every time and we always enjoy our treatments here. I always can’t wait to come again. You honestly get treated so well here. I would definitely recommend.
