Never any vegan whipped cream, it’s always sold out and has been for the last six months which is no exaggeration. It surely can’t be that hard for someone managerial to order some vegan whipped cream or canisters? Not really catering for those with allergies, intolerances or preferences
For some reason it always seems to be a chore to serve me, I know work isn't always fun, but smile and try and be cheerful. Some staff are great, but a few make me feel its my fault they're working! But, good coffee and normally very quick service. Oh, and I am cheerful....mostly
Awful service, food, 6 staff on the floor but not even attempting to be helpful. Disgusted really
Sorry for the low rating but fair is fair across everywhere I review. So I treated myself to a coffee and a Hazelnut cake! The coffee was served without the cake, then I go and find a big curly black hair on it! Great!! Oh also I had to ask for sugar as wasn’t given. Katie was the one who serviced me, obviously she can’t read an order.
Just been down to Starbucks Robin Park drive through, bought 2 chai lattes at a cost of over £11 and very disappointed . The medium was basically just milk and water and the large was a milky sugar substance . I’ve been to Starbucks many time and had a great experience before but this visit has definately put me off going again . Think it’s back to Costa in future
The shop itself is really nice with parking right outside, however the staff aren't the best. It took me a while to get served and then an even longer while to get my drink, when the shop was relatively empty.
Terrible staff. Really nice people but completely inept. Poor training? My vegan drink had dairy in it. Was told to queue up again to sort it. Left after 10 minutes. I threw the drink on the floor in dirty protest.

You know what your going to get. Top notch service, a great variety of coffee and food The drive through is excellent. You can eat inside now. I love Starbucks coffee its just so tasty and silky. Obviously the cakes and warm sandwiches are awesome Yes its abit dear but its very good quality product.
