   Absolutely amazing service, everyone is super nice and will make you feel comfortable throughout. They will let you know exactly what treatment they are going to do and also how you’re able to carry out after care at home which is amazing! I will definitely be coming back. Ps. The salon also offers a lot of other services such as nails, massages and more!

   I have struggled for years to find a decent hairdresser due to the awkward texture of my hair which is super frizzy and almost afro but the unmanageable type due to high porosity?.. I have visited so many high end salons in the past such as Tony & guys etc..and never once -if Im honnest -have I been fully satisfied with the results. I have to thank the stars for finally finding Grazielle, she's a master in the art of hairdressing , la creme de la creme and always sends me home with a beaming smile on my face. I do not review loads, but when I feel I had an outstanding service I'd like to give a shout out. So, to reiterate, Grazielle is very highly skilled , extremely reasonably priced, too many services to choose from ( I also like derma care / skin care with Imane) great value for money and the whole team behind is just as amazing. Well done and keep up the good work . Happy new year xx

   Absolutely amazing customer service. They fit me in for an immediate appointment despite it being Saturday afternoon. Advised me on what to do with my hair (low lights) and it turned out lovely. Had my eyebrows done whilst I was there too. I left the clinic looking like a new woman. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back. Thank you all :-)

   It was my first time for me and my sister (the bride) and my mum to attend this Salon, and safe to say it was the most beautiful experience ever as we have enjoyed every service there. The staff were lovely and very outgoing. We had all our nails done and my sister had her eye brows shaped perfectly. We was very impressed by the nails as they were amazing. Overall the salon is very unique and pretty and the staff were easy to talk to. I’n addition to this the salon is very convenient as it’s located on the main road and therefore it’s very accessible. :)))

   Sana one of the most wonderful staff member saved my brother life as he was about to go on holiday and needed perm done really urgently and she kindly agreed to stay behind after closing hours and done his perm and made a big smile of my brother face. Friendly and Great service,,, would highly recommend this place to others

   I booked a wash, cut and blow online which was really easy. I received an email from Jane and I confirmed the time with her. Jane gave me the best hair wash I’ve ever had at a hairdressers. She took her time to really wash AND massage my scalp. She was quick, professional, courteous & polite. Even the other customers are nice. Good vibes.

   Today i visited Grazielle salon with kids.M really delighted to have my highlights done as i wanted.grazielle is extremely artistic in her work she knows exactly what we want.my son and daughter looks amazingly cute after nice hair cut and blow dry and its really worth of money and affordable.i spend quality time.sana did amazing highlights.i got my eye brows done by grazielle.she served coffee and hot chocolate to me and kids that is like Wormth of heart. Keep it up. I feel welcomed and rejoice to be there.
