Twice in a mater of weeks been extremely let down by Mandy 1st time turned up for my appointment when the booking had been cancelled so had to re arrange for following week then second and will be final time as I will not return! I turned up for my 3 o clock appointment at 2.50 as I like to be early and by 3.22 am still sat waiting no apologies on she’s running late etc just stood chit chatting to another client I said I was booked in at 3 again no apologies just trying to pull facial expressions the best she could (hard with Botox face) anyway I explained I could not wait any longer as I was at a event so needed to be out for a certain time again no apologies on this so I left the salon
What a fantastic salon! Super friendly and welcoming staff and a lovely upbeat atmosphere. Joanne cut my hair and I’m so happy with it. She listened to what I wanted re length and layers and was actually able to create the cut I had in mind. She takes time and care to get everything just right. Can’t recommend more highly…happiest I’ve ever been with my hair! Thank you :)

Absolutely love this place! Laura is a star.....trust her totally & always delivers perfection! Helen has been doing my nails for longer than I can remember....wouldn’t go to anybody else, she is amazing! All the girls are so lovely & friendly, always a giggle too! Great hairdressers and one which I highly recommend. Very friendly team and they are great with children. I have been having my haircut from Mandy for over 20 years (with various styles and colours) and she listens and understands what the customer wants/likes. I find them very accommodating with an excellent service and At a good rate.
This is my favorite go to place for a new hair style. Caroline is amazing, adventurous and loves it when I arrive and say do what you want. I have the utmost trust in her to deliver an amazing colour and cut everytime I go in. The rest of the team are friendly, chatty and genuine. Fortunately I am open minded and leave the decisions about colour and cut to Caroline and to date have never been disappointed. If you can be brave enough to out your trust in the hands of your hairdresser this is the place to go. ✂✂✂
