   The manager is absolutely vile and really shouldn't be working in retail if she has a problem being polite. She had such a chip on her shoulder from the moment the women at the counter called her over. Tried to exchange faulty slippers which were less than a week old, told me to look around the store to exchange them, knowing they no longer stock them. When I asked for her name she completely ignored me, I asked again and she replied saying she doesn't have to give me anything, I asked if she was the manager and she said she was. What a terrible experience and totally unnecessary.

   If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly rude sale assistants in Enfield childrenswear branch. Was "served" by Alia on the till who rolled her eyes at me and winced at her sales assistant colleague at the next till because I asked her to please be careful when taking child clothing off the hanger as she was over stretching the necks. The colleague next to her Hiclal then jumped in to say I was being rude and I explained there's nothing rude about politely requesting to not damage a product I'm about to purchase as a gift for my 5 year old nephew. I continued to get dirty looks from the both of them until I paid and then asked to speak to the manager as I was appalled by their customer service. Alia then goes to fetch her manager Sylvia who comes onto the shop floor to speak to me with arms crossed and an angry expression which tells me her sales assistant has probably told her I'm a difficult customer rather than obviously admitting the truth which is that she rolled her eyes at me rudely. I explained what had happened to the manager Sylvia and she remained with crossed arms and just said she'd look into it. No apology. I asked her to bring the sales assistant over so we could have a 3 way conversation as I didn't like that it was implied that I was not telling the truth and she refused. I asked for her to go to speak to her sales assistant and that it's only fair I was due an apology and the manager refused again saying she wasn't going to humiliate her sales assistant (but it's clearly ok for me, the paying customer, to receive attitude and rudeness from her staff). Absolutely appalling behaviour and customer service.

   i popped into the store to pickup a few things for my kids i went to the tills and stood there for about 6-7 mins not because there wernt any staff on the other side of the counter there was 2 ladies chatting away ones name was valerie they didnt even acknowledge my presence, they were chatting away while i stood there like a mug, customer service has gone down so badly

   Veronika on the tills needs a lesson in basic manners first and foremost, followed by a crash course in customer service! I was met with a rude and abrupt reply to a question about the pricing of the item. She then went on to overcharge me by £2 before being corrected by a colleague (who I think is actually her mum!). She rolled her eyes at me and scoffed even though it was her who had made the mistake! I’d go as far as saying her attitude was racially driven because I didn’t see the English gentleman in the queue in front of me being insulted by her like that. Worst retail experience of my life. Such a shame because the team working at this store a few years ago used to be lovely.

   Shops only just opened after lockdown but this store has no restrictions on how many people are allowed in and many shoppers not keeping their distance from each other. Not a very organised store with its clothes all over the place and left the security tag on my purchases. Think I'll stick to buying online!
