Not much choices but still good for value you getting what you paid for got kids school shoes for less than £20 knowing they need. Changing in 3/4 months time recommended for every day / casual shoes

today I visited shoe zone at the Springs with a faulty pair of skechers, I had amazing customer service from the 2 ladies on the counter, one named Jane & her colleague were so helpful . My faulty trainers were replaced with no fuss . I might add I had been in the same store just a week earlier to return an order a pair of regatta trainers were sent to me one size 4 & one size 5. same two ladies resolved the problem & reordered & goods arrived prompt both shoes size 5. Its an absolute pleasure to visit this store, the customer service demonstrated by these ladies is second to none & they are a credit to your company, keep up the good work girls we do appreciate your lovely smiles
I came in with my two daughters, one of which has additional needs. Made the staff aware that I needed a specific shoe style and fit for her. Was the only one in the shop at the far end and out of the three staff members stood at the counter, nobody came to help me or offer assistance. I couldn't leave my children when I needed to request another size. Given two stars for the products but service could be better improved!
Large store with a wide range for everyone, well priced too. Staff were friendly.
Reasonable collection of discounted shoes. Choice changes each visit.
