   Went to Bali Room for a Lip Blush tattoo top up over another artists work so thought it would be a fairly straightforward process but it was botched in several ways. The mapping was so off even after I requested it to be redone, it didn't follow the natural lip shape and rounded off the cupid's bow which I didn't want. The immediate and healed result was extremely patchy and uneven with the lipline being too dark and jagged. Dry healing was recommended for aftercare which I followed to a tee but I now realise for lip tattoos it should always be wet healing. The colour was also wrong for my skin tone so looked too artificially pink. There was also a line over the vermilion border where I felt the needle slip during procedure and the artist, who is known as "Dee" actually VAPED over my face during the process which you would not expect in a sterile environment. When confronted about all the issues she denied them and said she only vaped outside the room which was untrue, and also failed to acknowledge or take accountability for the poor work. Despite claiming she had the skills and experience to carry out this work, I didn't even receive an apology which is a red flag. Was only offered laser but this needs to be done by a tattoo laser expert and you cannot laser over actual lip tissue. I could not trust her to do laser after this bad experience. Reported to the council and the CAB. Had to go for a correction by a well respected expert in the industry who found all of the above faults in her work and am still being ignored despite the evidence. Avoid as no-one should be tattooing on people's faces when not skilled enough, untrustworthy as denied facts and unable to take responsibility when mistakes happen. Unlikely to help when it goes wrong. Do your research and go elsewhere, choose an expert for your needs as it's not worth the risk.

   Dee is extremely professional, talented and provides a top quality service. I had a mix of powder and ombre brows. Dee started by asking me what I'd like and then discussed what's realistic based on skin tone, type and texture, including undertones for colour matching. I have very oily skin and Dee was upfront about the challenges that could present in my first appointment. The process then started with numbing cream, followed by Dee mapping the shape for me to approve, before the pigment is applied in layers. I have had my touch up appointment (as is standard) and I am so pleased with the results. My eyebrows are more defined but still look very natural.

   Was sick of using brow powder every day, sick of having patchy eyebrows. After contemplating microblading for a while, I scoured pictures for a good while (before and afters) chose to go with D at the Bali Room Bramhall as her work looked meticulously perfect. A warm, professional welcome and a spotlessly clean treatment room awaited. was not disappointed. A full, historical questionnaire was submitted and Microblading was described in detail. You are numb and do no feel this treatment so if you are worried about pain, fear no more. I walked out of the Bali Room feeling absolutely amazing. Just look at my pictures, I have natural looking, individual hair strokes! D is an amazing artist and I cannot wait to go back for my 6 week top up for my final result. Cannot recommend micriblading with D highly enough. There are many sub standard Micriblading options out there. Don't risk anyone else, these works of art are on your face!    Wow! What an amazing experience. Dewi gave me the massage of my life! Make no mistake, the deep tissue massage hurts but you know it's doing you good. The hot stone massage and hot oil part was so relaxing and Dewi was so lovely and professional. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend to everyone!
