Lovely meal with family and friends. There was no wait and the value was good. The service was nice and the food tasted very traditional. I had a wonderful night.
Very disappointed with the quality of the meal. So called Japanese food doesn’t taste Japanese at all. As an Asian myself, I have tried many udon dishes from all over the world, esp in the UK. However, this particular yaki udon steak fillet was nothing but a bland dish. Where’s the sauce? It doesn’t even have the proper seasoning/ colour of soy sauce & other sauces as you can see from the photo. The udon noodle itself is too overcooked too soft. The beef steak is super chewy and the vegetables were over boiled. A forced 10% service charge. overall a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend anyone to go there and I won’t go back there again.
Went there for the first time with my family and was very impressed. Foot was of excellent quality, everything tasted great. We ordered three sets (salmon, tuna and maki) and mochi desserts. It’s a simple restaurant but worth all the money.
What a little gem. Prompt, polite service. Absolutely delicious food. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely return - hope they get a tepanyaki chef back in soon!
The food here is exceptionally good, in particular the sushi is very fresh and delicious. The food arrives very promptly and is some of the best that I have had. I would recommend getting all of the desserts if you have room for it also. The vegetarian options are quite extensive and you do not feel as though you have a small selection, even on the sushi.
Had a good meal here with family. The sushi and Chicken Katsu Curry were nice. The sushi comes out very quickly. The service was excellent.
A tasty, fresh, and quick lunch (
First time at Achimi and was a great experience, quiet Sunday evening too. Staff were attentive and very nice, food was incredible! Tempura prawns are a must, lightly battered and juicy prawns. Duck spring rolls were great. Aromatic special roll was delicious!! As well as the spicy scallop temaki. Finished off with coconut mochi ice cream, first time trying mochi and it won't be the last!
First visit with another couple for dinner. Good wine, great Sushi and excellent service. There was a lovely family feel to the place! Recommended if you’re looking for a sushi fix in the area.
