Zara's Academy is honestly such a vibe! The place is super aesthetic—bright, clean, and thoughtfully decorated Cozy, modern. Services are awesome. This is my 2nd time i got service from here. Definitely recommend!
Went for masseter Botox. She came straight at me with the needle and I backed away and asked for numbing she said I don’t need it just because it’s an insulin needle. That made me extremely uncomfortable. I know she didn’t want to do numbing as she wanted me in and out. She didn’t want to converse at all. Her child was in the same room too making lots of noise overall really uncomfortable experience will not return.
I have visited Zara three times now. I asked so many questions and she was happy to answer all of them. She is friendly and talks you through everything before doing it. I tell her what the problem is and she offered me solutions and explained each procedure to me so I could make an informed decision I honestly couldn't be happier with my experiences
Zara makes you feel so at ease, talking you through every step of the way. She is on hand for any questions any time of day. I cannot recommend Zara enough whether you are wanting to learn or wanting a procedure done. Thank you so much. Highly recommend x

I have done courses before with other academies but this time I have chosen Zara's Academy to do forehead,Chin, Jowls and Jawline and I was really impressed with the knowledge I have gained through the training materials and theory session we did with Zara Also, one great thing each one of us was allocated a model to practice start to finish and then we had the chance to watch other delegates practice on their models. it’s amazing! It wasn’t a big group and we had the chance to ask all questions we had on the day! I will be definitely coming back for more thank you so much Zara Your the best !

This is my second visit to Zara, and she has been fantastic both times! She was excellent at recommending what was best suited to my face shape and suggested using less filler to achieve the results I desired. I'm very pleased with the results and can't wait to return in the new year for a top-up!

Two week ago, I went to Zara to have my lips dissolved upon arrival she told me she will do a patch test to see if I am allergic to the dissolver. The patch test was done and after 5 minutes, she said ok so there’s no reaction so you’re not allergic (later on I found out that you need at least 24hrs to know that). My lips wasn’t numbed and all the injections was done right below my nose (not even close to the lips) no wonder two weeks later none of the filler was dissolved. Zara was very heavy handed and I was left with a massive bruise. I paid her £150 when most places usually charge around £90 but fair enough I had a lot of fillers so I though that would cover any top up if needs be. (She mentioned that I might need another session) Fast forward to two weeks later my lips was still the same so I called to book an appointment to get that fixed, the practitioner (Shelly) did the dissolving this time, she was extremely patient, kind, professional and actually numbed my lips. She injected the dissolver on the actual lips where the build up was and immediately my lips started to actually come down. I left thinking that considering that I paid for my first session and this was just a correction, I wouldn’t have to pay for anything as it’s the current practice everywhere and I wasn’t told that there would be any fees when I called to speak to Zara. Apparently after I was already in my car, I was called to make a payment, she basically wanted me to pay her again for coming in to get a correction (that she screwed up in the place). It’s really mind boggling, she had the audacity to tell me that I needed to pay her again for two syringe. I was baffled and told her that I am not paying for it and explained my reasoning behind it. She kept on insisting and I walked out. I would seriously ask people to reconsider going to her as not only is she extremely unprofessional but if ever God forbid you ended up botched, you’ll have to pay her again for fix it. There are far too many ethical practitioner out there to use Zara Academy.
