   First time I've been here so was a little wary given some of the reviews, but it was honestly a great experience. It's quite a small salon which I think makes it feel more friendly. Even though I only had one stylist working on my hair, all three of the staff working that day spoke to me. I went in for a full head of highlights, wash, cut and blowdry. I hadn't been to a hairdresser for about 6 months so there was a lot of growth, but they managed to fully get rid of the step in my hair. Very impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be going back :)

   Shocking!! We were asked if we could help the stylist out with prepping each other’s hair and we agreed since it had been 2/3 hours (and nothing had happened) and we were running incredibly late. Waiting since 12 to leave for 4. We curled each other’s hair to try and help the stylist out with time as you requested using a chopstick curler because you said there was no other alternative even though we wanted loose curls. We washed the one clients hair that needed it washing ourselves. We were very polite throughout our time with you regardless of not receiving any of the expected service. In the end we had to do each other’s hair because she couldn’t recreate the images shown. And yet we were asked to pay the full amount while being shouted down the phone by Natasha who wasn’t even there to know what had happened.
