Avoid at all costs! Booked for an hair up appointment for a wedding. When I arrived the salon was closed, I rang the salon and they explained that unfortunately they couldn’t get a key that morning and so weren’t opening. No phone call to let me know and therefore left with no time to find a back up. Poor customer service.
Desme did an amazing job with my balayage, she has so much attention to detail and makes sure it’s exactly how you want. The colour has lasted really well and still looks amazing a few months later
