   We have been visiting this clarks for a couple of years now since the clarks local to us closed, usually a great experience with friendly staff but this time we felt the lady who measured my 11 year old was rude and abrupt with him, he doesn't like to be measured but she made him nervous as she said he kept moving his foot and would help if he smiled. Got him fitted up for his school shoes which is the main thing!.

   I always get my little boy to get his feet measure and get new shoes for him. Every time I’m not sure if my little boy outgrown his feet. The staff are happy to measure it or check it for me without any hesitation. Even no pressure for me to buy new pair. One afternoon I had emergency to get shoe for special event. They had their time to make sure I get the right shoe to match my clothes. Even I had few shoes to find the perfect one. No hesitation. They make sure I get right customer service. They always make sure they got stock in. Never rely online to buy shoes (not for me) They are very experienced staff who knows what they doing and make sure we get the right size and be comfortable. 5/5*
