   Fantastic shop with a great selection considering how small it was. The blonde lady who served me was very polite, checked if I had everything I needed and offered additional services for show care. Shop was really busy but they made time for everyone customer with care and politeness. I will most definitely be returning soon!

   Absolutely disgusted by the service I received at York designer outlet’s pavers’. I got greeted by a young supervisor who had brown hair with an incredibly rude attitude towards me while making inquiries. Then when I attempt to go back in the ‘supervisor’ starts laughing at me right in front of me with a customer. This service was enough for me to never come back.

   4 out of 5 stars for the fact that the two ladies working the evening of 25/11/2022 were very helpful while my Mrs was trying on shoes. They've a nice seating area if you're waiting for someone to look round the shoes too. In the end we bought two pairs of shoes, well the Mrs did and we only went in for a look....
