   I have been to this Schuh branch a lot over the last 8 years and it's always been great until today. Perhaps because it's somewhere I've purchased from a lot, I wasn't expecting the experience I've had. Service was very quick which was great, but I urge everyone to be mindful of the upselling tactics currently being used as there seems to be intentional vagueness in what they offer which leaves it open to misinterpretation. Just be really aware you know exactly what you're buying when they offer you anything additional, ask them to clarify exactly what it is and what the full range of options are.
