    Went york outlet mall. I liked the boots went to ask the lady if they have Size 5 she didn't even help straight away she goes we don't have them in size 5 or bothered checking in the store. Last time I bought boots from their the lady said let me check for you if we have the size you want,she went in store room and got me the boots. So this time I had to go york town centre and they didn't have them in stock so the manger ordered them for me but waiting for in store delivery which takes 5 to 7 working days. Paid in full try them in store hopefully they fit well or not comfortable. I can give them back and hopefully they will refund my money back.

    I have used pavers online twice ...the 1st time (6 months ago ) i had to send shoes back as they were very narrow & i never got my refund back in full ... the 2nd time i ordered with next day delivery (for my dad as he has to wear extra wide slippers due to wearing bandages ) (& ordered early enough ) & received them after a few days & was charged £27 in the sale online but when they came , they came with a ticket of £22 not on sale ... i did eventually get a £5 refund... so be aware ... i won't be ordering again
