Friendly helpful staff and really rate the shoes. One of my pairs of walking trainers needed a minor repair and they sorted it out very quickly and easily
Great sale on as we passed by yesterday, so popped in to look at sandals. Bagged a great pair for the summer with the help of a gentleman who was very accommodating. My first time shopping here, it will not be the last.
Bought some Ecco shoes here on April 29, 2024. Noticed a day or so ago that one shoe is coming apart at the seams - poorly glued I guess. I live over an hourβs drive away. Ecco returns policy mandates returning faulty footwear bought at an Ecco store, to an Ecco store: the nearest to me is about 55 minutesβ drive away. What a bummer. I guess Ecco wish to close down stores and make sales/returns all online. Iβd thought it virtuous to buy at a store and keep high street folk employed. Big mistake.
Minimal customer service. Left the shop feeling the stall member just gave up trying to help us.
Great shopping experience yesterday at the York store!! Fantastic service from Dan and nothing was any trouble at all! . He was extremely helpful and felt he went out his way to help me with my foot problems, he is an absolute asset to Ecco.
Ecco footwear is absolutely top quality but we also had a lovely experience in their shop in York. Amazing staff member called Dan was incredibly helpful and very patient as well. My wife wasn't sure what size she needs for summer shoes and Dan helped her in the best professional way, checked the stock online, gave us few pairs to compare and provided highest standard service. We'll done Dan, thank you very much.

I asked for a size 12 uk ecco multi-vent goretex shoe and the staff member went to get them and bought out what i assumed to be a size 12 uk and i tried them on in store of which they felt a bit tight on but thought they would wear in when i got home 124 miles later i found them to be a size eu 46 uk11 not a uk 12 looked the shoes up online on ecco website and found they dont do them in a uk12 so i have now got to take them back for a refund of which the Cambridge store to be my nearest to me so my time and fuel to return do to somebody giving me the wrong size shoes poor customer service at ecco offered me a 10% online discount as compensation/inconvenience i dont think so will never shop this brand ever again very poor experience all-round customer service dept in Poland. minus one star rating in reality
a very bad staff, I do not understand how they need three employees for 20m square, because when there is a client they ignore it and among them they do not stop talking about their things, it is ridiculous to see, very bad experience, they do not know how to work
