Assistant named Andrew was brilliant, he went looking for shoes from the stores that we wanted as we couldn’t find the right sizes for the shoes we had chosen. He also saw us at the till and checked everything was good with our purchases. He went the extra mile which we appreciated.
Harry a young chap was so incredibly helpful with my son. He was so patient with him and was amazing and I wanted to share this. I hope this review gets to you thank you again
Rachel was absolutely superb. Brilliant with our daughter and kept her engaged during the whole process. Gave her plenty of stickers, and was very informative in helping us get her the most suitable winter boots. Would recommend.
Cheap compared to other clarks may be last seasons stuff but can't go wrong

They advertise very tempting good value boots in the window but once you enter the shop they're not on the shelves, and when we enquired about the boots they said they only display the smaller boots in the window, but yet they made no attempt to go look for the size 11's that I wanted. Looks like they tempt you in with false bargains hoping you'll buy something else instead !!
Busy and never have size you need at weekends. Staff will go out back to check stock if asked politely. Good discounts can be had on shoes but you have to be flexible in choice. Wont stop me going back soon for another pair of boots .....saved over forty pounds real saving
Good to buy local(UK) branding staffs here. But some stores are not friendly to Asian customers.
