“Went to the Puma York outlet in August. They had plenty of deals on and some good stock in, as well as a good deal (£30 off £100 spend). We had a bit of trouble on one item not being recognised for its labelled price but the staff and especially manager Kurtis were brilliant in helping us. Would highly recommend a visit”

“Much better than the York designer outlet store which I visited the previous day. At York they left the security tag and despite living over 60 miles from York the only offer they made was to take the tag off if I went back to the store. I decided to go to Mansfield as this was slightly nearer. Staff more helpful and the store was much better than the one in York.”

“Not sure why the location is in the middle of a roundabout but there is a great selection of shoes in here in different sizes and styles of fit. Great staff who are happy to help and the best part are the prices of the shoes which are great.”

“All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Conor, Tania and Holly and others have done their best to try to find me some shoes to fit my dodgy feet. I wear orthotics, have a left size 7 and a right size 8, both wide, one flat which has had surgery and both are painful. I have returned numerous pairs after trying them at home and not once have I been viewed as a nuisance. They go out of their way to try to find shoes to fit. I have no hesitation in recommending this store and will return once the autumn ranges are in stock.”

“Came into the store with my newborn baby and was delighted to find the feeding room! It had a very comfortable feeding chair with changing facilities and an activity board on the wall to keep a toddler entertained. This transformed my shopping experience which would otherwise have been quite stressful. I wish everywhere had one.”
