   I have always shopped at Matalan and since having 2 grandchildren have found thier clothes to be reasonable and well made. I purchased some jeans which I already have 2 pairs just a different colour along with some baby grows and a tracksuit. When I tried the jeans on at home they were miles to small and I couldn't get the done up

   Came into the store with my newborn baby and was delighted to find the feeding room! It had a very comfortable feeding chair with changing facilities and an activity board on the wall to keep a toddler entertained. This transformed my shopping experience which would otherwise have been quite stressful. I wish everywhere had one.

   Tired to buy some shorts however they were clearly marked. Asked Rachel on tills to check for other pairs, she obviously couldn’t be bothered to look, tried to tell me the marks were where the shorts had been ironed and seemed very dismissive. Overall rude and shouldn’t be working with customers.

   The staff seemed friendly if a bit distracted but the layout is just awful, feels run down and cluttered and big parts are hard to navigate with a trolley and would be impossible in a wheelchair, needs a major revamp!

   Why do away with manned tills?, it's all self service which are terrible not user friendly at all.The member of staff was helpful as most people didn't have a clue how to use them. Wont bother visiting again to much hassle.

   Received booklet in post. (Lovely sun-dress for my daughter and 4 yr old Grandaughter. Of course went to buy it and they didn't have size I wanted. They didn't have the Sun-dress for 4 yr old. Shop Assist said I could get it on-line so annoying. As I like to see the product first.
