   This is a typical size New Look store, very accessible with everything on one level. The store is well laid out with lots of space between the rails and display units so it’s easy to navigate. There’s a good range of clothes although, on reflection, I’m not sure if I saw any products for men? Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

   Customer service is good, There are lots of clothes for people who are petite and under 5’5, makes it so much easier to shop around as I often struggle to fit into Zara and H & M clothes!

   Not my usual kind of shop but went in with the Mrs whilst she had a look around Very clean and tidy Most important of all, very covid safe looking, if you try shoes on there is a box that put them in instead of back on the shelf Very clear signs around and good to see everyone including staff wearing masks ... O the time we have come to live in... Staff were very freindly on the tills Recommend it if your in the area looking for a few gown to wear around the kitchen table

   Very good deals especially during sales, fantastic to find original and cute accessories. Adorable range of home decore too (tea cups, candles and small porcelain). Definitely recommend a visit if you are around.
