Very unhelpful staff! Was in the shop for long time trying to find correct shoe and size as my first time buying from Skechers, but not one member of staff offered to assist, shop wasn’t busy either! They seemed to keep disappear to the backroom
Utterly appalling customer service by the shop manager Tuesday 14th October 7pm, had to be experienced to be believe it actually happened, tried to politely explain customer service shortfall but arrogance or maybe ignorance of the manger continued to prevail. All I wanted to do was give this branch my money.... to enable the manager to be employed...had to give up in the end! What a contrast with the excellent customer service offered at the Castleford branch, they deserve 5 stars. Sketchers have now lost a once loyal repeat customer.
NOT RECOMMENDED at all AVOID I bought these Skechers shoes about 2–3 months ago and only wore them once, but the bottom already turned yellow. I lost my receipt, explained this over the phone, and was told to visit the shop. The manager refused a return, claiming there was a “detergent smell,” which is not true as I never washed them. Not great customer service either I know they could process a return without a receipt if they wanted to. Very disappointing experience.
Very interesting shop in the Outlet . I had no idea they did such a huge range of styles. Discounted prices as the shop is in the Outkso some great bargains to be had!
Not sure why the location is in the middle of a roundabout but there is a great selection of shoes in here in different sizes and styles of fit. Great staff who are happy to help and the best part are the prices of the shoes which are great.
Plenty of shoes but annoying that although we're in the UK, the UK sizes are in small print on boxes of Skechers, not sure if it's the Ameican sizes that take prominence on the boxes.

Great for children's shoes and tend to have the sizes as well. Not so great for adult men's sizes I've noticed. Overall great team who give you the space to look, and their attentiveness when you need them. Prices are great but it is a discounted branch so we sort of expect that already
Brilliant outlet. I wanted old style sketchers and they had choices for me. Bought 2 pairs, including a waterproof pair, for just over the price of one.
