   Went in with my wife who was looking for an extra wide pair of boots for work. We asked the woman if she could point out / recommend a boot in extra wide. To be told you have to look for yourself...look for G or H inside the shoe....then she just walked off(totally uninterested)....so we took our business elsewhere.

   Visited 26 Feb. Came looking for Pikolinos shoes which were out of stock at this branch but this was no problem to the sales assistant Sarah. My order was taken and Sarah arranged for them to be sent from the Ilkley branch to the York branch where they arrived before lunchtime the next day. Thoroughly professional service and very pleased with the product. Customer service was first class and i absolutely recommend this shop. Thanks again.
