   My younger sister attended this salon for the first time last weekend. Her appointment was at 10:30am on Saturday for a blow dry as she was going out that afternoon. She arrived on time and was told to take a seat. Time went by, my sister was not acknowledged, offered a refreshment, or even told the hairdresser was running behind. After an hour my sister asked how much longer she would have to wait and was told soon enough with no apology or explanation. My sister also had a train to catch that afternoon. Eventually, a woman came to her at 12.15 and began to brush her hair? With no acknowledgement of the delay, no apology, absolutely nothing. The lady then put rollers in her hair and took them out 5/10 minutes later, the curls completely dropped out. She was then charger £50! Again no apology for the delay, no acknowledgement. My sister who is younger and too shy to raise a complaint paid the £50 and left. Absolutely disgusting treatment. Terrible first impression.

   I booked a consultation for a colour, cut, and extensions for my sister’s wedding. During the consultation, I was quoted £140 for the extensions, which I agreed to. However, the next day I received a message saying the actual cost would be £460. I decided to cancel the extensions and go ahead with just the cut and colour instead. My appointment was booked for 10 a.m. on Monday — the only time available — so I took the day off work to attend. When I arrived, the lady at the front said, “I’ll just find out where your stylist is and when he’ll get here.” After waiting for about ten minutes, she came back to tell me that he was unwell and wouldn’t be able to do my hair. I completely understand that people get sick — that can’t be helped — but I was really disappointed to only be told this after I had arrived. I had taken the day off work, and with my sister’s wedding just two days away, it was a stressful situation to be left in. All I was told was “sorry,” with no offer of any help or compensation. I was really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism, especially given the circumstances.

   Bella did such an amazing job on my hair! I wanted a blonde balayage with soft layers and face-framing pieces, and she absolutely nailed it. During our consultation, she understood exactly what I had in mind and took time to make sure we had the same vision. The colour is gorgeous, the cut falls perfectly and it’s exactly what I had in mind. She’s so lovely and really took her time — I’ve had loads of compliments already!

   I've been going to Ash Hair for a few years now but have only recently been getting colour. I've had my hair done by numerous members of the team - Rachel, Ashley (the owner) and most recently, Junaid. They are all so lovely and make you feel really welcome! But most importantly, they are fantastic at what they do! I always joke that they are like wizards as they create absolute magic with my hair. I always leave feeling a million dollars ❤️! Also ASH has some great extra features which add to the overall experience. You can now order lunch & a glass of prosecco from the Italian Deli next door. And if you refer a friend to the salon you also receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco. It's these little touches that once again add to an amazing experience.

   Nothing but good words to say about Ash hair salon. I walked in with damaged blonde hair with my wedding booked six months away and they put a plan in place so I got to have my dream wedding hair ❤️ within one appointment my blonde was cleaned up and then a couple of maintenance appointments to keep it fresh and bright was all it needed. A forever client now! The refreshments are also a fabulous treat!

   All the stylists at Ash are incredible. They really know their stuff when it comes to treatments, colours and how you want to feel. I always feel special, from first walking in, to a lovely welcome, being looked after whilst there and a genuine thank you and goodbye when I leave. Can highly recommend Ash Heaton Moor.    I've had my hair done at Ash a few times before, twice by Matt and once by Rachel. Each experience has been so lovely! Everyone is really welcoming and friendly and there are so many options to choose from for hair treatments. I find it really difficult to find salons that understand what kind of alternative styles and colours I look for but the staff here know their stuff! I always feel listened too and understood when I have my hair cut and coloured here. Would definitely recommend to a friend, can't fault anything!

   I have been coming to Ash since it opened and always feel welcome and all the staff are warm and friendly. Love the interior and the music. The back wash areas are relaxing with perfect lighting and calming for hair treatments. Their knowledge of colour and cutting techniques are excellent and I always leave feeling my very best. If you fancy a change I would not hesitate to book an appointment.

   The best of the best!! Ash has been doing my hair for years and I will never go anywhere else. I went from brunette to blonde which has always been a dream of mine. They use the highest quality products to avoid damage and also give expert advice on at home treatments and products which means I can go 12-14 weeks between my cut & colour. Everyone that works at Ash Heaton Moore is so friendly and knowledgeable. This really is a ‘one of a kind’ salon and I am so happy I found them ❤️

   I went up to the salon last week and loved every second of it. I couldn't be more in love with my hair if I tried. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and the magicians at Ash Heaton Moor worked their magic and made me feel like me again. They've transformed my hair and it looks and feels so much better and healthier. I have my confidence back and received so many comments on the new look. Thank you Ash and everyone at the salon, I'm in love with the new look and finally feel like myself!!
