   My stylist Charlotte was incredible. I described what I wanted and she absolutely got the memo! She was charismatic, friendly and polite. Her skillset as a hairdresser was exceptional. The best haircut I have received in years! Will be visiting again x

   Honestly, i don’t review often but i had to for this salon as Louise (sorry if i spelt that wrong) was absolutely incredible. As a guy with anxiety, i have never been made comfortable in a new setting instantly the was i did here. And the haircut!!! I have never felt so satisfied with. She asked very relevant questions which other stylists have never given. Gave her own recommendations with justifications that made sense and the final outcome was exactly how i wanted. Honestly after going to so many different hairdressers and barbers, my only regret is that i never came here sooner. Really hoping Louise doesn’t leave anytime soon because her service was incredible.

   I popped into Toni & Guy Altrincham, as I was desperate for a haircut after BOA closed down as this was my usual salon, for many years. I was delighted that Toni & Guy managed to accommodate me within 30 minutes as I hadn’t book. I was seen by ‘Louise’ my lucky day… ‘Louise’ was very pleasant, professional & great at cutting/styling & understood exactly what I wanted. 5 stars all the way! I’ve found my new stylist:) The salon was very nice & clean with friendly staff. I enjoyed the chair massage while my hair was being washed, along with the head massage…… Highly recommend this branch & Louise!

   Fantastic Salon! I've just had my haircut and colour done by Phil and Charlotte, and I couldn't be happier. They were both incredibly professional, attentive, and gave me great advice throughout. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new look and felt really well cared for during the whole experience. I'm already looking forward to going back soon!

   Poor customer service! Truly feel let down by the salon!! My appointment has been cancelled due to some silly policy that requires you to patch test despite me being a regular customer. Ridiculous!!

   I had booked a hair colouring appointment for my birthday week a month in advance.Inspite of checking with them the weekend before in person.They called me to cancel my appointment an hour before stating colour tests have to be done 2 weeks before appointment which was never told me a week before when I visited them. The Manager also didn't come on the phone when I requested to speak to them. Very poor service, ill organisation and there was no attempt made to resolve the situation. Wouldn't recommend at all. You have responded stating you have a 48 hrs policy of colour test why was that informed an hour before the appointment and not checked 48 hrs before. When I visited a week before they didn't mention it. Don't make excuses and hide behind policies.Accept that you messed it up
