Jenna is absolutely amazing, during consultation she listened to what I wanted, offered her expert opinion and chose colours to get my desired outcome. I love my hair so much, I cannot thank you enough it's perfect. Strongly recommend this salon and especially Jenna. Cardigan was also so friendly and helpful throughout
I cannot thank the staff at Pure latchford! Becky in particular took the with me in consultation to individualise what I wanted and how that would work.. I hadn’t had my hair done for a very long time and I was anxious about how it would look. I haven’t been a regular to having my hair done, nor had the knowledge on what I needed. Becky took the time to go through all of what she thought would work! She absolutely nailed it, I was reassured throughout and could not be happier with the outcome. My hair is now as it should be and I’m absolutely over the moon. All of the staff at pure are so lovely, they made me feel welcome & I felt they were genuinely as pleased for me as I was! Pleasantly surprised, lovely hairdresser. Knows how to cut long hair. Hairdressing and blow dry top notch. Only point is change the person washing your hair or retrain with basic technique. Felt as if my hair wasn't washed or rinsed properly.
Got loads of compliments on my hair after my first visit. Very attentive. Will be coming back!
The staff were really lovely and attentive despite there being other customers in there. I was served straight away no waiting around it was brill. Jen sorted out my disastrous curtain bangs and now they look fab thank you so much will definitely be coming back! x
