   Would like to say the latest range of footwear is well worth looking at. A few new ranges featuring lightweight and hand finished shoes. Having said that, I was not at all impressed by the poor service received when returning a pair. The pair in question had been bought the month previously. They were identical to 2 existing pairs my wife had bought and was highly satisfied with. I asked if I could swap a pair of shoes to a lady behind the counter. She said no problem and I quipped they weren't my style? As I pulled the first one out, the lady was very quick to say she couldn't swap them as they had been worn. I then said that no, it was because the other one was of faulty manufacture. I duly showed her that an inch of stitching had come apart at the bridge. Very quickly, she made out she wouldn't swap them because my wife's feet were too big or had swollen? I said it's obvious it's a fault in manufacture as my wife found them and the previous pairs were very comfortable. I then asked for a credit note as she advised that my wife didn't buy that moccasin style because of the size of her feet? I did look at her with some disdain. To which she said she will go one better than a credit note and give me a refund. Adding because they were faulty? But said again about my wife's feet. I think it was rude, to say the least. I shall, however, continue to purchase from them as that is the first time I've ever taken some shoes back. Hopefully, something good will come of my comments.

   Not at all good to purchase anything. I had a bad experience for the return. After 10 days I try to return a pair of shoes, but it's not accepted. They saying the reason not satisfying. In the bill it's mentioned we can return a period up to 1 year. So why they behaving like this,,,,, Don't go there

   Bought 2 pairs of slippers for £10, excellent value, had some last year which were good. Assistant who served me today couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Store not busy but she seemed frustrated that I didn't pack my bag , produce my payment card and take my receipt! I'm not that old and senile but heave help anyone who struggles to rush,

   Visited 15/11. I was not acknowledged by either staff member despite being in shop for some time. i asked a lady at the counter a question and she didn't even raise her head to look at me whilst she spoke, nor offer me further assistance. I looked around, went to a few other shops and then returned to purchase the shoes but was told If i was allowed to stay in store i had to keep my toddler with me at all times, because she pulled a couple of stickers off. Obviously you do your best to keep a toddler right next to you but without restraining them with one arm the whole time whilst trying on the shoes, it's a bit hard to have your eye on them every split second. They were far from running riot and never away from me for more than 30 seconds. I am sure they could find a couple of replacement stickers fairly easily. It seems as though everything was just too hard work for the staff of Shoe Zone. Suffice to say I left without purchasing the shoes and I and my family members will not return again.
