Need to return some shoes as the dye had ran onto the white sole. After the blonde-ish lady who was part of the management team finished feeling my shoe saying it was damp completely ignoring the dye stains - they’d been in my car boot hence why they was cold ! She made me feel so uncomfortable for bringing the trainers back I didn’t even want to look for exchange them. Really rude and uncomfortable experience. Maybe they should inform you that you can’t wear your trainers outdoors in Britain. Bad customer service!

Lots of great shoes, a 1 year warranty on the pair bought, needs more staff to deal with the public, one female attendant was particularly frosty when I asked after a shoe size when she was boxing up. If you don't have enough staff ma'am.. who do you want me to ask? It took away from my experience.
