   Avoid Lounge Underwear — Poor Quality and Customer Service My partner ordered three bra and underwear sets from Lounge as a surprise for our trip, and we were extremely disappointed. One of the sets arrived with the stitching on both the bra and underwear completely coming undone — before it was even tried on — meaning it was packaged and shipped in that condition. The other two sets were shockingly small. My partner is a petite individual with a larger bust, so we followed Lounge’s sizing recommendations and ordered a large. Unfortunately, the fit was far too small, and it’s hard to imagine anything other than a stick fitting into these pieces. After contacting customer service about the defective set, we were only issued a partial refund for half of that item. We were then directed to use their return portal to request a refund for the rest. Despite providing photos, videos, and all required order details, we were informed that returning the items would result in only $33 CAD being refunded — out of a total order cost of roughly $300 (including shipping, taxes, and duties). Expecting customers to pay for defective and poorly sized products is unacceptable. Between the low quality, inconsistent sizing, and lackluster customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Lounge Underwear.

   I love this brand with my whole heart. The brand upholds high values and respect for women which I find really significant. Their clothing has really great quality and I find their prices fair. I’ve ordered 10+ sets and many pieces of underwear, and I’ve only had one problem. When I reached out to support, Sandy was able to help me and I felt really heard in my concern. I would recommend this brand to anyone who wants to feel more confident in themselves!

   Long time before Christmas all is sold, when sales arrives you havent nothing to buy anyway never have nothing because looks like are selling a lot in sales but havent existances. Who is the chief of material and why is not fired?

   Horrible shipping time. I was hoping to do this review earlier but I still haven’t received my order and it was shipped on 30th November. It’s now the 31st of December.. just hope the quality is good since I’ve usually heard good things

   Ordered a set that looked beautiful on the model, it came in such poor quality, the clasp on the underwear was discoloured and unclean - which I addressed Lounge about and they told me it wasn’t dirty it was a manufacturer problem, even though after a good clean it looked better. The bra was totally see through when it was meant to be white and the package came open. I contacted Lounge who offered me a 10% discount refunded off the bottoms, basically got £2 back which didn’t even cover the delivery costs, even though I sent pictures and everything! Would not recommend.
