   I visited Happy Soles for the first time today for a new pair of shoes for my two year old son and was thrilled with the experience. I booked an appointment using their online system and foolishly booked it for half an hour before my son usually has his nap. My son wasn’t in the best of moods for trying on shoes but the lady who took care of us and measured him was endlessly patient, friendly, kind and helpful. I feel ashamed that I forgot to ask her name. I had put on the booking form what sort of shoe I was looking for and it was evident the lovely lady had noted what I said and had some models in mind for us to try. I feel really confident that my son has a new pair of shoes which fit really well, which he will get some wear out of, which will cope with how very active he is, which will go with all of his clothes and which we both like. Granted, the shoes are more expensive than those from your regular high street shoe shops but the fitting expertise, high quality and great selection are worth the extra cost, in my opinion, and there is a loyalty scheme. I will definitely be a loyal customer in the future and will recommend the shop to anyone looking for quality children’s shoes.

   Went today to get our 1 year old his first pair of shoes! Wonderful service and they were so good with him when he started to get upset! They have a beautiful range of shoes, we will be back for all his shoes as he grows up!

   Absolutely the best place to purchase shoes for my children. We have been coming here for the past couple of years. The shoes are brilliant quality and we always receive excellent service from either Michele or Chris. They both have a lovely manner with the children and they are very thorough when checking that shoes fit properly for healthy growing feet. One of the best things about them is their integrity. If we can't find a good fit for my daughter who has very very narrow feet, they never push a sale and they care more about the shoes fitting properly than anything else. Most recently we have bought a lovely pair of barefoot shoes for Max and he's absolutely delighted with them! Thank you and see you soon.

   The best shoe shop for children! The staff are incredible, brilliant with little ones and so friendly and patient. We have bought several pairs of shoes over the last couple of years and the quality means they last, even with him jumping in all of the mud and puddles. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend.

   This is genuinely the best shop in Lincoln to buy shoes for little ones! Chris and Sally are so knowledgeable and their warm, friendly, no pressure approach makes shopping there a lovely experience. The appointment booking system is really easy to use and sometimes you can also get appointments on the day, especially in the afternoon. I would 100% recommend them!

   Went today to try and get my little ones feet measured and walked in and was greeted by ‘have you booked?’ in such a rude and disrespectful manner. When I replied with no, the lady asked me to wait 5 minutes to see when the next appointment as. Some more people came and got the same response we did! I generally thought going up to you in the bail would be a beautiful experience but instead it was rude and that isn’t the way I would of spoken to a customer! I will not be coming back.

   Took our 1yr old daughter in today for a pair of shoes, the woman working asked if we could wait whilst she served another customer. Not a problem we were happy to wait, however as we were looking at shoes, we have our daughter one to hold that we were wanting to purchase. At this point, the shop worker abruptly said, “if you don’t mind” and snatched the shoe from our 1yr olds hand. The customer service is appalling, ending up walking out as we don’t appreciate being spoken to like something off the bottom of someone’s shoe. No customer service skills, slow service and certainly wont be going back!!

   Great place to buy kids shoes. Super friendly staff, really understanding towards Autism. Really helpful. Required to book a time slot to go in but well worth it. Loyalty card option available too.

   This is a small gem of a shoe shop. My son wears two very different size shoes, so can be tricky to fit and match both feet. Happy soles takes the time to get things right, which for us, is invaluable. We highly recommend it!!
