   Asked them not to touch the hair near the nape of my neck as I'm trying to grow it out and they cut over a third off it. It'll be at least half a year before I get the bottom lengths back. Abysmal communication. I cannot put into words how much I recommend against going here. If you're remotely doubtful then don't risk it.
