   Please don't ever retire!!! This is the ONLY shop I bother going to now for shoes. They always have a good selection of shoes for my stupidly wide feet and need for orthotic insoles. Customer service is excellent and I feel like I'm going for a chat with an old friend when I visit. My only complaint is that I buy too many pairs of shoes now that I lots of choices!! ☺️

   My podiatrist recommended Missy to me when I couldn’t find any suitable shoes to accommodate my orthotics. What a find! The owner knew just what width, and style would be suitable and spent ages trying different ones until we found the perfect fit. The shoes and sandals are very fashionable and I was pleasantly surprised as I always thought wide shoes, especially for orthotics, were very dull and boring, not so! I ended up with a pair of white and silver trainers, a pair of black chunky sandals, a pair of neon pink sliders and glittery pink laces. I went back with a friend and she got some lovely sandals for her son’s wedding, she’s taking her Mum next week too. The service and care you receive at Missy is second to non and I won’t go anywhere else for shoes now. They also stock a range of clothes, handbags, greetings cards, jewellery and other accessories.

A real treat in todays society. Caters for ladies who have all different footwear needs ! and took care to ensure the correct fit. Would highly recommend

   At last, a shop which caters for people who have to wear orthotic insoles but want fashionable footwear! Expert fitting and advice, wonderful friendly service and a really good choice of shoes, boots and trainers. If you struggle finding comfortable footwear but still want to look on trend then go here! (The gifts and clothes are good too!) Would whole heartedly recommend.

   Awful. Do not order from here. Unprofessional. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Was contacted the next day as 1 pair was out of stock. Shoes arrived and were completely different to the picture. No return label policy. Paid for Evri return. Had to send reminder emails a week after retuned shoes arrived with Missy to enquire about a refund for the shoes. After 5 weeks I still have not had the refund I was promised for the postage - 7 emails sent, vast majority have been ignored.

   Finally somewhere I can get shoes to fit my extra wide, Yeti shaped feet with orthotics! I visited Missy with my mother for the first time on recommendation from a work colleague. The owner was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient and brought out many, many pairs of shoes, some of which I tried on several times. I came out with a pair of shoes AND a pair of boots. My mother also got 2 pairs of shoes. This was our first visit but certainly will not be the last. Thank you for all your time and patience.

   Thank you for the really professional service and helpful advice. I would recommend anyone who needs a specialist fitting for footwear to go to this shop as she really knows how to fit orthotics . She made me feel very confident that my walking would improve dramatically over a short space of time. Once again thanks for the great service you provide.    This place is amazing and I can’t rate the two ladies highly enough!! I’ve no idea what I would have done without them. Due to having to wear orthotics, I was recommended here by my podiatrist. I have received unbelievable customer service from both ladies and have had several 1:1 fittings resulting in the purchase of 2 pairs of boots. I can’t thank them enough!!
