   I'm not one to complain or leave reviews, but I feel like it's needed in such a situation. I recently visited the store because my older sister's wedding is coming up, and I had heard good things about this company. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. More than one member of staff members made horrible comments about my weight and insinuated that I didn't seem like I could afford the clothing in this store. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. To make matters worse, when I decided to purchase a saree despite the unpleasant experience, I found that the material was absolutely horrible. The quality was far below what I expected, especially considering the price I paid. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience so that others are aware of the poor service and subpar products being offered.

   I have never written a review but on this occasion l want to share my experience so nobody else ever goes through what l went through, specially when it comes to family wedding or walima. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service l received from this shop owner. I ordered 11 sarees with made to measure blouses for a family event, the sarees came wrong colour and the quality was different to what l had originally ordered and on top of that the blouse material colour did not match the sarees plus most of the blouses came wrong size. She re-ordered the blouses but unfortunately second time round few of the blouses sizes were still wrong also some blouses had more work on the sleeves than others which made me more upset as the main reason for ordering the sarees and blouses was so that we all looked the same in our party, kids, ladies and men all wearing matching colours but that didn't happen because of this shop owner and her supplier their made to measure service is a joke.The owner was quick to take the money but failed to resolve the problems or give any refunds. She put me through unnecessary stress when l was already overwhelmed, the amount of phone calls and messages l had to make to this lady is unbelieveable and yet my family and l were left unsatified with their customer service. So please beware when you are placing orders in bulk from this shop, never pay all the money until you are totally satisfied because once they take your money they don't want to know you if you have a problem, a lesson l learnt from this experience.

   Ordered a saree via Instagram for an event, when I opened the saree to wear for the event I noticed a massive tear on the net, I immediately messaged on insta with pictures got a response that they checked and it was a new piece not possible and I probably burnt it whilst ironing, can’t think why anyone would iron a net saree but to which I responded it is possible it wasn’t checked and I definitely did not iron and since then haven’t had a response. Not worth the buy as it cost a lot of money and the quality was poor, sending a damaged saree and refusing to take responsibility and then not responding at all but having the audacity to continue posts on insta.

   Great professional customer service. I was after a particular style and colour necklace set and I was surprised to see the large collection they had which you wouldn't be able tell from the shop front if you were just passing by. The lady who served me was really friendly and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend this place purely based on the service I got, I felt looked after and not pressurised to buy something. I didn't look too closely at the outfits but they did look nice.

   Customer service is amazing here. Every time I visit, I am always taken care of. The clothes here are trendy and something different, one of the reasons I love shopping here. Would definitely recommend!! also the Aanchal big sale is happening on 16/09/19 first 10 costumers will get a free saree IF you spend £100. go to the shop to get a card of instagram, facebook and the whole social media!!
