Disappointed that as a couple our food came 15-20 minutes apart This is literally with only 5-6 tables in the whole restaurant… When we mentioned that to the staff we were told that : that is not how Wagamama works… Basically couples eat 15 minutes apart! Wow! Absolute nonsense and poor customer service There is no common sense and waiters are just mannerless kids dressed like going to the gym or casually hanging out, not serving paying customers… There is no effort to make things right So I am not making any effort myself to score anything more than 2 stars and I am being generous

The service standards may require improvement, all coffee and juice we ordered spills out in front of us. But they are still served directly without even clean the outside of the cups. I guess the food is ok, but my experience and expectations for this lunch has already reduced.

Very good service. We were seated at a corner without much interruption. Food is full of fusions indeed. The starters were quite nice. For the mains, salmon & chicken were cooked thoroughly to avoid food poisoning, which is understandable. Personally would prefer adequate amount of seasoning and just-right cooking time. Overall, it’s an option to go for before your movie next door.

Ate here with my GF last week, had a decent meal. Food arrived quite quickly. Wpuld reccomend the Katsu curry. But wouldnt rwcommend the corn on the cob dish, it looks alot better in the pictures. 4.0/5

What can I say! Was blown away with the fantastic Mackerel Dish I had for lunch. Generous portion. High quality ingredients. Cooked to perfection in all aspect. Extra, sauces and chilli flakes, oils etc on the table. Overall 10/10.

Overpriced and super bland. I don’t know whose tastebuds this was meant for but it’s not real Japanese food. The ramen was so bland the broth only tasted of boiled noodle water, zero seasoning. 2 Asahi, 1 chicken ramen and 1 chicken katsu curry for £51. The staff were really nice and attentive, that was the only positive experience from this dinner.

Food ok although the gyozas were disappointing - almost seemed like they were deep-fried. The menu is large and lots of options including vegetarian and vegan, all clearly marked. Lots of wait staff on shift but service not very good - had to wait about 20mins to order and that was after trying to get the staff's attention several times . One waitress said ok and then walked away and never came back. The others all kept their heads down to avoid eye contact. Large, modern space with booths and large shared tables although bad acoustics - lots of noise bouncing around on the hard surfaces.

Great food. They have a decent selection of vegan meals too which are delicious.
