I've gone 3 times overall. The first time I had a really well skilled barber who gave me a good hair cut. The second time I went back it was a different barber and felt rushed. He had given me a bad hair cut with an almost, step like line around the back of my head. It was embarrassing for me to have my hair like that but also for me to go back and ask them to essentially do it again. It looked amateur level. I had to go back to get it faded. The 3rd time I went back the problem was with the customer service, the barber was different again but he was aggressive when cutting my hair and at times made me question whether he was taunting me. For example, he sprayed way too much water on my head so that it was dripping down my face from my hair. Only two barbers there out of the five that work there I'd recommend, so that's why overall I recommend for people not to go.
