“I can't praise the staff enough. After being let down at short notice (again) by another salon; a family friend personally recommended Glowing Salon. They managed to fit my Twin daughters in at short notice (on a Saturday) during a busy holiday season. Both were really happy with the service and styling so two happy daughters in addition to not denting my wallet as bad as other Salons. “Hi all just wanted to say that I had a lovely experience in your salon on Saturday everyone was fantastic from start to finish as soon as you walked in I was greeted with the warmish welcome by staff and was offered a drink straight away. Stacey who did my hair was absolutely amazing she listened to what I wanted being done after I showed her a picture of my style and I was amazed and over the moon with it I finally found someone who did exactly what I asked for. “Sarah cut my hair, my husband's hair and our toddler's hair, all three of us were delighted with our cuts. Our toddler who is slightly shy and not used to strangers liked Sarah so much she gave her a big hug on leaving. It was so convenient having Sarah come to our house, and great that she has such a broad skills range so could accommodate us all and adapt to the requirements of a 2 year old. Sarah is very warm and professional. I was cutting my hair for a charity donation and she took lots of time to discuss with me the cut length and new style, which was especially kind as she wasn't charging me full price as it was for charity. We ended up having a really nice morning with Sarah and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.”

“I generally leave getting a hair cut until I look like Rasputin`s scruffier brother, maybe 9 months or more or until it gets so hard to live with I am forced into it. The last barber looked out of his depth asked what I wanted, in a barber shop! " A haircut " I replied. " Do you want it layered and that"! cause you will have to go to a stylist, I`m not messing about with scissors. !!! I promptly left before he could mess about with anything. A happy ending to this sad tale -- I found KINGS BRITISH BARBER SHOP, a REAL barber! A great cut, this man is a professional, confident no messing about knew exactly what to do, I am delighted with the cut the polite service, and the pensioner rate £££, not the 10 I have been paying. I will go again and would recommend.”
