   Excellent store. The store was clean and very approachable. The staff are amazing in there and extremely helpful. I was served by atman, Melissa , and Kemhal. And Sade I think her name is even helped me and asked if I need help with anything else whilst I was in store. They were all fantastic. The moment I walked in to the moment I left I was helped and felt they all went the extra mile to assist me with anything I needed. A credit to the company. Thanks guys

   a member of staff spoke to me coldly without respect and did not try to understand what I said to him. They do not seem to appreciate those who do not excel in the English language! So if you have an accent or made a mistake vocabulary you will be laughed at. Arrogant, presumptuous and hypocritical staff. in the end, upset and angry, the staff kicked us out of the store with our child. very very disappointing and ashamed

   Great shop for a bargain and the staff were lovely when I went in. Really helpful and polite. Sometimes in sports shops the stay can be quite stand offish and impolite but here they couldn't do enough to help. A real credit to the store
