Worst ever customer service on my first return ever after shopping here for years….so rude…worn the shoes once and explained one must have a fault …she insisted it was the way I walk…been walking this way for over 60 years with no issue….I said I would speak to the manager when he was next in…she said he will only say the same…I am sure he won’t be happy to loose business in this current climate due to this persons rudeness….buyer beware!!
